Returns and Exchanges Policy

Favorite Shield guarantees the customer the right to request an Exchange or Return of the product(s) under the following conditions:

  • If contact with the store for the purpose of an Exchange or Return is made within 14 DAYS after receiving the product, in accordance with the European Union Consumer Rights Directive, which regulates distance and off-premises purchases.

  • The product must be in its original condition, with no signs of use, damage, and/or removed or broken tags.

  • If the product received is different from the one selected by the customer at the time of purchase.

  • If the product presents manufacturing defects that compromise its use.

  • If a personalized product shows clear manufacturing defects and/or errors related to the previously requested customization.


⚠️ IMPORTANT – PLEASE NOTE:

  • We DO NOT PROCESS Exchanges or Returns after the 14-DAY period from the date of receipt, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • We DO NOT PROCESS Exchanges or Returns for products showing signs of use, damage, and/or removed or broken tags, except in cases of manufacturing defects.

  • We DO NOT PROCESS Exchanges or Returns if the product does not fit the desired size. To avoid issues, PLEASE PAY CLOSE ATTENTION to the Size Chart provided on the product page.

  • We DO NOT PROCESS Exchanges or Returns for personalized products due to change of mind, in accordance with applicable legislation.


IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • Shipping costs for Exchanges or Returns are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases of manufacturing defects.
