The products displayed on our website are not located in EUA and are shipped directly from our manufacturers located abroad. Another important note is that products arrive in EUA under appropriate supervision and are then delivered to their destination cities. All purchases include a tracking code, which will be sent to the customer’s email within 7 business days (UNLESS THERE IS AN ISSUE WITH THE SHIPMENT FROM THE SUPPLIERS). Tracking allows you to follow the shipment from the country of origin until it arrives at your address.

Delivery is generally carried out by Correos. However, in some cases—such as recipient absence or delivery-restricted regions—Correos may leave a notice for package pickup at the nearest agency to the provided address. If an order contains two or more products, items may be shipped separately, and a tracking number will be issued for each product. As this is an international shipment, tracking information on the Correos website may take up to 7 business days to appear after the tracking code is issued.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and confirming the delivery address before completing the purchase. If a product is returned due to an incorrect address or insufficient information, the responsibility lies exclusively with the customer. In the event of failed delivery attempts, the package may be held at the local agency for pickup; if not collected, it will be returned to the sender abroad. Once reshipment is confirmed, the delivery timeframe will restart from the date of confirmation, which will be recorded in the order history. In this case, the delivery period is considered fulfilled at that moment.
